Formerly Head of Claims Operations for global tech and business process firm Xchanging, and Global Operations Manager at MGA Dual, she has extensive experience directing operations across complex businesses, and managing teams to deliver exceptional client and customer experiences. Rhonwen is also a passionate advocate for women’s health, and how fast support, accurate diagnosis and effective treatment is key in keeping women, their families and businesses healthy, too.
