We’re here to help your business and your people understand and use our plans – throughout the lifecycle of your policy.

Sales support

We’ve made our pricing simple, so you can quote and buy online if you prefer. But we’re also here if you need more information or want more support.

Around 80% of businesses we work with are new to private health insurance, so we’re great at helping companies understand our plans and how they work.

We can talk about options for mixing and matching plan levels to cover different teams, what makes our whole of workforce solution so unique, how our add-on benefits work (EAP and Dental & Optical), roll-out plans and communications, and we can help with return on investment projections to support board level discussions.

Onboarding

We’ve made our plans really easy to set up and administrate – reducing the burden on HR teams. There’s no medical questionnaires to fill in, and you’ll have a dedicated support team from Equipsme to help you every step of the way.

We can work with you, your broker and your flex benefits provider to help deliver our plans through your platforms. Depending on the size and complexity of the scheme we can provide full onboarding support and a dedicated team to help you engage your team with their new health insurance plan.

Rollout

We help you to introduce Equipsme plans to your employees before launch, and throughout the onboarding window – so they know when they can chose the benefit upgrade or add on family option.

We have marketing toolkits including posters, leaflets, intranet images, bespoke email communications, virtual webinars and in-person lunch & learn sessions.

 We know workforces aren’t one-size-fits-all. Whether your people are on the move or behind a desk, we make sure every one of them understands their benefits and feels confident using them.

Member communications and support

We keep in touch with members directly and regularly, with health information and reminders about their plan services.

Whilst most people find the information they need by accessing the Equipsme portal or App, we also have a dedicated Customer Success team on hand to answer any queries or questions – from how to re-set passwords, to how to make a claim, or set up a direct debit to upgrade or add family.

Company communications and support

We work with companies throughout the plan year to make sure Equipsme is working as hard as possible for your business. Within your dedicated company portal, you can manage new joiners and leavers and access a marketing toolkit to keep your teams up to date on all things Equipsme. Your customer success manager will keep in touch through quarterly business reviews, so you know what’s happening with your Equipsme business health insurance plan throughout the plan year.

You’ll receive a monthly newsletter with HR Guides about key health conditions – plus other articles to support your wider health and wellbeing initiatives. We can even come along to support health awareness days, or provide bespoke communications to target specific high-risk groups or conditions in your workforce.
